I want to start this post with a flashback to Halloween last year - just because. Last year he was the world's cutest monkey. Look at those cheeks - even more kissable than I remember!
This year he was the world's cutest dragon! His cheeks are still irresistable by the way.
But I don't want to get too ahead of myself. We'll start with his costume last Friday at school. Since he was going to be wearing it all day we sent him to school as a pirate on Friday. Turns out he was 1 of 3 pirates that day but he loved his costume and he so much fun at his halloween party at school. I took some pictures of him at home Friday morning before we left for school.
Yesterday on Halloween he wore his dragon costume. We bought it at Old Navy last month for $15 and I thought it was a dinosaur. When we got home I figured out it was a dragon - close enough if you ask me. He looked so cute in his costume and he didn't fuss too much about wearing it, at least not until we got home. Needless to say after we went to our church halloween party (Light the Night) we passed out candy at home. When someone knocked on the door Colin would run to the door yelling 'trick-or-treat' at the top of his lungs. I am also pretty positive he is the reason we ran out of candy (we had 8 bags plus the loot my parents brought over) as he was passing out handfuls to all of the kids. :)
He was unsure of the moonwalk on the first go round.
Then he decided it was the absolute best thing ever!
He talked to Grammie for a bit.
We did the treat walk and he won a Twinkie! It was his first one ever and he was in love. Even tried to go after it once I threw it in the trash can. Poor deprived little boy.
