yesterday was colin's first day of school. technically he goes to "school" all year/summer long but today was the official beginning of the school year for his class. he is in the 2-year-old class this year (what, no infant, no toddler?!?!?). we went to the store on monday to pick out a special lunch kit for school and he was so proud of it. i snapped the obligatory first day of school pictures. first, let's take a look at my baby on his first day of school 2010. my oh my, how he has grown!

| had to get a shot of his backpack too! he had a great day at school and came home with a sticker on his forehead. :) looking forward to many more first days of school. i feel like he is so big this year - i can't imagine what it will be like in september 2012! here's to a great school year and lots of learning to be done and memories to be made. |
